- As part of our Household Hazardous Waste program, Pope/Douglas takes in old paint, stain, varnish, cleaners, automotive fluids, and much much more. Some of these items are NOT usable, but some ARE. Paints, stains, cleaning supplies and other usable items are available for reuse in our Product Reuse center.
