Pope / Douglas Solid Waste Management is a partnership created by Pope and Douglas County in 1983. This partnership was created to manage the total waste stream generated in the two counties. We all work with trash and we are proud of what we do. We all know that we are fulfilling a need of our local society by processing the tons and tons of trash that is produced.
